ROGUE INITIATIVE is composed of a nimble team of senior developers spun out of Infinity Ward. We’re looking for artists eager to create AAA-quality content for current and next generation platforms. Considering we are continuously formulating novel solutions utilizing game engines and expert interactive practices beyond traditional game development, we seek ambitious developers who take initiative in creating amazing experiences while expanding the potential of the interactive medium.

Do you possess these traits?
• Ability to pivot focus throughout a given day to address our diverse slate of interactive projects.
• Calm, upbeat and professional attitude working with multiple deadlines.
• Desire to work at a family-style studio with open doors and a team-oriented approach.
• Solid development experience with and knowledge of the Unreal engine.
How about these interests and experiences?
• Avid gamer with a passion for dreaming up worlds and experiences to discover and explore
• BA or BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• VR / AR / MR experience
• Unity engine experience
